Please follow the below operation if the light can not work

  • Turn it on in daylight and put it upside down on the table or use your palm to completely cover the solar panels.
  • Make sure the switch is on.
  • Make sure the solar flame light been directly charged with sunshine.
  • Please put the solar light outside charging for 1 sunny day.

Tips

  • When receiving the lights for the first time, please press the on/off switch to check if the light can light up in the dark corner. If it doesn’t work, please charge it with sunlight at least for 8 hours. If it still doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us.
  • Try to soften the ground before inserting it into the ground.
  • Place solar panel under sunlight without any obstruction.
  • Keep the solar panel clean.
  • If the battery capacity is reduced, please turn off the lights and charge for 3-5 sunny days to increase the battery level.
